Answer : No, You can run this system in a shared host as well and it will run smoothly. But if you have much traffic, you may need to upgrade your server/hosting. Our codes are highly optimized to ensure the best possible performance.

Question : Which hosting provider should I choose for this? Do you have any suggestions?

Answer : You can choose any hosting provider who provides Cpanel based hosting. cPanel is not a must, but we recommend you to have cPanel based hosting.

Question : I don't have cPanel, What should I do?

Answer : Nothing to worry about, Our system will work with any control panel but cPanel is easy to manage, for that we recommend cPanel based hosting. Also, Our free Support is limited to cPanel based hosting only.

Installation

Upon successful purchase, download the item .zip file from the store

Login to your cpanel account and create a database for the project, this is not compulsory if you already have a database. Follow the screenshots below for guidance

Make sure you enable all priviledges

After successfully creating a database details, visit phpMyAdmin and import the .sql file found in the items .zip file, you'll have access to this after unzipping the items zip file

go to the database, click on import and then select the projects .sql file extract and click on GO/Export, the queries should be successful, if you get any errors, try retracing your steps and if you still get the error, contact our support team

Move on to your file manager and upload the projects zip file found in the files folder to your public_html folder, after successful upload, extract the projects files from the compressed file and move the main files to the public folder, make sure that you allow the display of hidden files in settings
